These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Snapback Method website, products, and services provided by Andrew Thornhill ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, downloading our materials, subscribing to our indicators, or purchasing our mentorship programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

The Snapback Method offers the following products and services:

• Free Quick-Start Guide — A downloadable PDF introduction to the strategy, provided in exchange for your name and email address
• Indicator Subscription — Monthly or annual access to the Traffic Light v2 and Multi Tool Indicator v3 on TradingView, including the strategy manual and trading journal
• Mentorship Package — A one-time purchase comprising 6 one-to-one sessions, 3 months of indicator access, the strategy manual, and the trading journal

2. Indicator Subscription Terms

Access: Upon subscribing, you will be granted access to the Traffic Light v2 and Multi Tool Indicator v3 on TradingView via invite-only access linked to your TradingView username. Access is personal and non-transferable.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly (£29/month) or annually (£249/year) in advance. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for partial periods.

Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will not provide refunds for renewal charges where the subscriber has failed to cancel in advance.

3. Mentorship Package Terms

Scheduling: Mentorship sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and Andrew Thornhill. Sessions are typically conducted via video call (Zoom or equivalent).

Session validity: All 6 sessions must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will expire.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice will be counted as used.

Satisfaction guarantee: If after the first 2 mentorship sessions you feel the programme is not suitable for you, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made in writing before the third session is scheduled. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the third session.

Payment plan: The 2 × £369 payment plan splits the total across two payments. The second payment is due 30 days after the first. Indicator access and sessions will be paused if the second payment is not received by the due date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Snapback Method — including but not limited to the TradingView indicator source code, the strategy manual, the trading journal, lesson plans, email content, and website content — is the intellectual property of Andrew Thornhill and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the indicator source code with any third party
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the TradingView indicators
• Redistribute, resell, or republish the strategy manual, trading journal, or any associated materials
• Share your TradingView indicator access with other users
• Record mentorship sessions without prior written consent
• Use our content to create competing products or services

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own trading and education. This licence is revoked upon cancellation of your subscription or breach of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when accessing our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or other users' data
• Use our brand, name, or materials to imply endorsement of any product or service we have not authorised

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The indicators will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all brokers and data feeds
• The strategy will produce profitable results
• The website will be available at all times without interruption

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew Thornhill and The Snapback Method shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products and services at any time if you breach these Terms. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued. We may also discontinue or modify our products and services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Active subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
