Programme Terms

• Cookie duration: 60 days. If someone clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, you earn the commission — even if they don't buy on the first visit.
• Recurring commissions: You earn 50% every month for as long as your referred subscriber remains active and in good standing. No commission is payable for cancelled, refunded, failed, disputed, paused, or delinquent subscriptions.
• Minimum payout: £50. Commissions below the threshold roll over to the next month.
• Payout schedule: Monthly, on the 15th of each month for the previous month's cleared earnings. Via bank transfer.
• Commission pending period: All commissions enter a 30-day pending period from the date of sale. This aligns with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Commissions clear automatically after 30 days if no refund has been requested. Only cleared commissions are included in your monthly payout.
• Commission validation: Commissions are payable only on genuine, fully paid, successfully tracked sales. We may withhold, cancel, or adjust commissions for refunded, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise invalid transactions.
• Prohibited methods: No paid ads on our brand terms. No impersonation of The Snapback Method or Andrew Thornhill. No misleading income or performance claims. No spam. No unapproved discount or coupon promotions. No registering domains or social handles that suggest official affiliation. Affiliates must present trading as inherently risky and must not imply guaranteed profits or typical results.
• Self-referrals: Not permitted. Commissions are not payable on purchases made by you, on your behalf, or by anyone using your link primarily to generate commission rather than a genuine independent sale.
• Investigations: We reserve the right to place commissions on hold and investigate any traffic or transactions we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, deceptive, or non-compliant.
• Termination: Either party may terminate at any time. Only commissions that have fully cleared validation and the pending period will remain payable. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
• Tracking and records: Our tracking platform and payment records are used to determine attribution, validation, and payouts. In any discrepancy, we will act reasonably and in good faith.
